Land squid from piers, jetties and other elevated fishing positions with this telescopic squid gaff. It extends to approximately 4.5m (15ft) and retracts to approximately 60cm for transport and storage.

Using your squid gaff

Lift vertically with the pole straight. Do not lift horizontally, at an angle, or with the pole bent like a fishing rod: bending loads can damage the telescopic sections.

Handle the sharp needle hooks carefully, cover the head when not in use, and check for overhead power lines before extending the pole.
