Ideal Medium blade flex for fast and easy fish preparation and filleting. Made from high quality saltwater, corrosion resistant stainless steel. It holds a great sharp edge due to the hardness and strength of the stainless steel used. Complete with scaling teeth on the back edge of the blade.
